The 6 in-person classes are outdoors on Thursdays 11am – 12pm at Goddenwick Farm, Ardingly Road, Lindfield.
With coffee chats afterwards at Roost Cafe.

FAQs
How do I know if this is for me?
This is suitable for mums of all fitness abilities and all postnatal recoveries. When you sign-up you’ll complete a consultation form to share more details on your overall health, postpartum recovery and general fitness levels. This information ensures I can provide modifications to suit your needs. You can join from 6 weeks postpartum and attend the classes for the duration of your maternity leave. Babies and toddlers are welcome.
What equipment do I need?
All you need to bring to the class is yourself and a yoga mat / picnic blanket for floor based exercises. I provide you with a resistance band which is yours to keep. You’ll use the bands during the classes and for your at-home workouts. I bring dumbbells along to the classes for those ready for some more resistance, and if you have weights at home you can incorporate these into your training too. Over time you may decide to invest in additional equipment and I can advise you accordingly for your personal goals.
Do the classes run in all weather conditions?
From November to March we are indoors.
From Aptil to October we are outdoors. The sessions are always planned to take into account the weather and conditions. You’ll be kept moving and kept warm regardless, and babies can be dressed for the weather – under rain covers or in the shade.
In exceptional circumstances where it is not deemed safe to run the class, then we can use zoom for a live class.
What if I can’t make one of the class dates?
If you cannot make one of the classes in person, do not worry, as you’ll still be fully supported inside the MUMFIT community. You will know exactly what you can do at home to continue to move and progress towards your personal fitness goals.
How are the at-home workouts delivered?
The workouts are shared in the whatsapp group . You do have an option to upgrade to my dedicated coaching app, where each workout has a set of exercises with a demo video & guidance – you can record your reps, weights & sets to track your progress. All the workouts are on-demand so you have the flexibility to schedule these to suit your routines.
What happens at the end of the programme?
You are very welcome to enroll in the next 6 week programme. If you are heading back to work, you can join The Active Mums Club to continue to build your fitness, strength and prioritise your wellbeing. Find out more here.
