I'm Louise

A specialist postpartum, pelvic health and women's fitness coach, and founder of The Active Mums Club.

I help time-poor mums get fit and strong again after kids – to run, jump and lift without any leaking, pain or fear of ‘doing it wrong’.

I guide you to living the happy, healthy and active lifestyle you love, as you pursue your sporting passions, nourish your body, and prioritise your wellbeing.

You become the ‘yes’ mum to be active with the family.
